These terms govern your use of the CNC Insight platform and services. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

By accessing or using the CNC Insight platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
CNC Insight provides manufacturing intelligence software, including real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and reporting tools for CNC operations.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data you provide to our platform, including machine configurations and operational parameters.
You must implement appropriate security measures to protect your account and comply with any security requirements we specify.
CNC Insight retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, algorithms, and related intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your manufacturing data. We only use your data to provide services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform in accordance with these terms.
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
CNC Insight's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our platform provides information and insights, but you remain solely responsible for all manufacturing decisions and their outcomes.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, we will provide you with access to export your data for 90 days, after which data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these terms of service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date, notify you via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect, and post a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
