1. Data Ingestion & Processing
CNC Insight connects directly to your machine controllers using industry-standard protocols like MTConnect and OPC UA. For legacy equipment, our IoT Connector provides a seamless bridge. The Edge Gateway, installed on-premise, collects and pre-processes data in real-time, ensuring continuous operation even during network disruptions.
- Real-time Data Points: Machine status, axis positions, spindle load, feed rates, alarm codes, and part counters.
- Optional Sensor Data: Vibration, temperature, and power consumption data for deeper analysis.
2. SEMS Algorithm Analysis
The collected data is fed into our SEMS algorithm. This is where raw numbers are transformed into strategic intelligence. SEMS analyzes patterns to optimize machine efficiency and utilization, forming the basis for predictive maintenance and intelligent scheduling. It addresses outliers like ECOs and non-conformities by creating efficient, scheduleable production pipelines.
